The role involves translating complex requirements into actionable sprint tasks while mentoring team members.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role is required.
Expertise in backend development in Python and at least one of the following: Golang, Rust, or C++.
Experience with Kubernetes, metrics-driven deployment, containerization, and microservices is necessary.
You should have experience in implementing and using monitoring and tracing solutions.
Familiarity with key-value stores and SQL databases, along with optimizing their performance, is required.
Experience with high traffic, low latency distributed systems, including queue-first architecture and sharding, is essential.
Demonstrated architecture expertise, including gathering requirements, problem-solving, and recommending solutions, is expected.
