Description:

Semperis is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Engineering Team in Portugal.
The role involves participating in the development of a SaaS product that helps customers protect Microsoft Entra Id, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities include end-to-end features implementation, testing, and delivery.
The engineer will communicate effectively, share knowledge, and drive team success.
The position also requires facilitating innovations, code and architecture improvements, and adhering to quality and security best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in C# and a demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code in a similar company size and complexity.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player with a high work ethic.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms is required.
Experience in enterprise applications and distributed systems development is necessary.
Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling is expected.
Candidates should have experience writing acceptance tests and working within an agile development process.
Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders are essential.
A minimum of 1-2 years of production experience with cloud solutions is required.
