Description:
- Lead the backend engineering team, working closely with the CTO to design and oversee the technical aspects of the backend for web, iOS, and Unity apps.
- Shape the company culture, backend design, hiring decisions, and product development practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems for various features.
- Develop documentation for system design and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Must have a passion for the product and mission.
- Should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Experienced in building scalable systems.
- Excited about collaborating with different teams.
- Expertise in backend development.
- Minimum of 4 years of design experience in a tech-driven company.
- Proficient in Django (DRF), Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Nice to have experience with web and mobile products, as well as building multiplayer backend systems using Mirror Networking in Unity.
