Join the founding team at Cacheflow to work closely with the CEO and CTO in architecting and building core parts of the platform.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience building scalable, distributed backend systems.
Proficiency in Java and JVM.
Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Strong coding practices including technical specifications, peer code review, and testing.
Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration/deployment automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-awareness, positive attitude, and empathy towards team members.
