Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn and grow understanding of lending and financial services.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable software solutions with clean/onion architecture.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand borrower acquisition, verification, underwriting, and servicing.
• Proficiency in managing architecture decision records (ADR) and ensuring system quality.
• Experience in managing deployments and on-call rotations with a focus on system quality and high SLA.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, AWS, Linear, Notion, and Slack.
