Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on cloud-native, distributed backend systems.
Strong proficiency in Golang and hands-on experience with data stores like MongoDB are required.
Experience with queue-based systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is necessary.
Familiarity with microservice architectures, service-to-service communication, and high-availability systems is expected.
Candidates should have experience in setting up and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems in production environments.
A solid understanding of service metrics, performance dashboards, and reliability KPIs is essential.
A strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and system design, is required.
Knowledge of modern infrastructure tools and concepts such as containerization, service discovery, secret management, and software-defined networking is important.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts through documentation and presentations.
