Requirements:

A BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required; professional experience can substitute for non-engineering educational backgrounds.
Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in modern software development environments, with a history of delivering scalable and maintainable systems.
Demonstrated expertise in system design and architecture, with mastery in at least one programming language such as Node.js, Javascript, Golang, or Typescript is essential.
Strong collaborative instincts are necessary, emphasizing open communication, transparency, and cross-team interaction.
Production experience with search applications like OpenSearch, Vector database, or Elasticsearch is required.
