Description:
- Qventus, a healthcare transformation leader, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their mission-driven team.
- The role involves developing highly scalable systems and algorithms to simplify healthcare operations.
- Responsibilities include shipping high-quality and secure code, designing reliable backend systems, staying updated on security principles, and collaborating with team members.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 5+ years of Python experience, and familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
- Desired qualifications include experience with Django, Django Rest Framework, MySQL, Kubernetes, Fullstack development, and healthcare technologies like Smart on FHIR and CDS.
Requirements:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer working with Python.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud services.
