Aleph is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer focused on AI to lead the development of AI features in their web app and add-ins.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of full-time software development experience.
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in system design or architecture is required.
A product mindset is essential, with a willingness to engage with customers to understand their problems.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is necessary.
Experience with AI platforms and technologies, including generative models and LLMs, is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
