Description:
- Design and build scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend systems for innovative software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient backend solutions
- Involved in the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing and deployment
- Responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of data by implementing proper mechanisms
- Mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Kotlin)
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment frameworks (e.g., AWS, Docker)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
