Description:

Panther is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Ingestion team on a contract basis, with potential for full-time employment.
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Panther's data ingestion capabilities within a modern cloud architecture using Go microservices in AWS.
The engineer will focus on making data onboarding into Panther seamless, regardless of scale.
The position offers the opportunity to work with flagship companies such as Docker, Dropbox, Discord, Coinbase, Snowflake, and Hubspot.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
Experience in writing backend code for customer-facing product features is required.
Proficiency in coding in Golang at a production level is necessary.
Candidates should have experience collaborating with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.
Experience in building cloud-native applications, preferably on AWS, is essential.
The ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively, and know when to seek assistance or work independently is required.
Demonstrated experience working on highly scalable systems and frameworks is a must.
