The Senior Backend Engineer will join the Core Product team, responsible for the web app and add-ins, focusing on user-facing functionality that aids finance and operations teams in data insights and decision-making.
The role involves collaborating with leadership and team members to prioritize and execute the product roadmap, designing and developing complex features, delivering robust code, and establishing best practices for a high-performing technology team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of systems is required.
A solid background in algorithms and data structures is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
Previous experience in a startup or thriving in an unstructured environment is preferred.
