VendorPM is seeking a Senior BackEnd Engineer to join their remote team.
The company focuses on modernizing vendor and property manager collaboration through vendor management and procurement software.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and ExpressJS.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on backend development.

A deep understanding of Node.js internals, including the event loop and non-blocking I/O, is necessary.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL and the ability to write and optimize SQL queries is essential.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL, ExpressJS, and Knex ORM is required.
Familiarity with AWS services, particularly RDS, Lambda, and CI/CD pipelines, is important.
Proficiency in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and serverless functions is needed.
A strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews and automated testing, is required.
