Description:

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Platform team in Poland as they expand their global presence.
The role involves owning the Workspace Migration Service, including developing and maintaining APIs and services, as well as integrating with third-party dependencies to enhance customer experience.
The engineer will contribute to the design and construction of systems that prioritize performance, reliability, and scalability.
Understanding the intricate workings of the infrastructure and how all components interact is essential.
The position requires collaboration with fellow engineers to deliver sophisticated backend features outlined in the roadmap.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
Proficiency in TypeScript or other popular programming languages is necessary.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in building and maintaining a production environment is required.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, is essential.
Desirable qualifications include a passion for productivity platforms, experience designing and developing a data platform layer, and familiarity with various database types and architectures.
