Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineer.
Proficiency in at least one backend technology like Go, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.
Strong skills in software architecture design, database design (preferably PostgreSQL), and clean code practices.
Experience in writing tests (unit, integration, e2e).
Highly organized, fast-paced, and operates under the 'ask for forgiveness instead of permission' principle.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure setup (Terraform, ideally AWS) is a plus.
Experience in data engineering topics and fintech is advantageous.
Must have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU.
