• In this role, you will be responsible for unifying patterns and practices, developing solid foundational components for backend services, and being a technical reference within the team.
• You will be responsible for developing and fostering high technical quality and contributing to a team with a good atmosphere, focused on people and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• You should have a degree related to the field of computer science.
• You must have experience leading engineering teams, preferably in a senior position.
• You should have experience leading large or multiple backend software engineering teams.
• A technical background with experience in API design and backend development is required.
• You must have the ability to train and mentor individuals and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• You should be able to balance technical and business considerations to deliver high-quality results.

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Java, Akka, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Elasticsearch clusters is required.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases is necessary.

Desirable:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and continuous integration tools is preferred.
• Previous experience in high-traffic and high-availability projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is desirable.
