Description:

  • Juro is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Integrations team with a focus on increasing user adoption by integrating Juro into core business processes.
  • The role involves working with a small team of developers to automate agreement processes, define and improve Juro's integrations with third-party services like Zapier, Salesforce, and Slack.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining, enhancing the public Juro API, developing new integrations with third-party services, and optimizing integration performance efficiency.
  • The position requires working in a microservices architecture environment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience developing applications and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js, project architecture involvement, creating and maintaining distributed and resilient systems, and integrating APIs from services like Google, SendGrid, and Intercom.
  • Bonus points for experience with NoSQL databases like Redis and building scalable, robust, and performance-efficient systems.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be located in the UK with long-term working rights.
  • Ability to work remotely with a choice-first work approach.
  • Experience mentoring others, taking responsibility for projects, working autonomously, and focusing on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, project architecture, distributed systems, Kafka, Redis, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with integrating APIs from services like Google, SendGrid, Intercom, and Hubspot.
  • Bonus points for experience with NoSQL databases and building performance-efficient systems.
