Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• You must have 5 years of back-end development experience.
• Proficiency in server-side languages like Java, modern databases, cloud services, and DevOps practices is essential.
• You should be able to design robust back-end architectures and develop APIs for scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Experience in automated testing practices to ensure high code quality and system reliability is necessary.
• You should have experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and promoting a culture of technical excellence.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies is expected.
• Familiarity with the field of private asset-backed finance is a plus.
• Prior enterprise-level or commercial software development experience is required.
• You must demonstrate adaptability and openness to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
