The Senior Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
This role involves collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The engineer will optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role is necessary.
Strong skills in one or more programming languages, particularly Node.js, are essential.
Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js is required.
A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles is necessary.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
