Description:
Feegow, part of the Docplanner Group, is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer proficient in PHP and MySQL to join their team.
The role involves planning changes and structuring new processes related to MySQL Databases, identifying improvements in the database and queries for optimal performance, and documenting activities clearly.
The engineer will develop innovative solutions based on task proposals, provide guidance to teammates, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in PHP, MySQL, GIT, Docker, and Swagger.
Advanced experience in schema design, data modeling, indexing strategies, normalization, and optimization.
Proficiency in cloud services with AWS and RDS, as well as database security practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills in advanced English (min B2 Level).
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and quick learner of new technologies.
Nice to have: experience with ASP, reliability and disaster recovery strategies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability and monitoring, and automation and scripting.
