Description:

• Feegow, part of the Docplanner Group, is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer proficient in PHP and MySQL to join their team.
• The role involves planning changes and structuring new processes related to MySQL Databases, identifying improvements in the database and queries for optimal performance, and documenting activities clearly.
• The engineer will develop innovative solutions based on task proposals, provide guidance to teammates, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PHP, MySQL, GIT, Docker, and Swagger.
• Advanced experience in schema design, data modeling, indexing strategies, normalization, and optimization.
• Proficiency in cloud services with AWS and RDS, as well as database security practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills in advanced English (min B2 Level).
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and quick learner of new technologies.
• Nice to have: experience with ASP, reliability and disaster recovery strategies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability and monitoring, and automation and scripting.
