Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer building web applications.
You should have at least 3+ years of experience with Python and Django.
A demonstrated knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals is required.
Candidates should possess maturity, self-awareness, empathy, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience is necessary.
