  • Responsibilities include developing the open-source platform, designing scalable backend systems, collaborating with B2B SaaS engineering teams, optimizing backend services, shaping product strategy, maintaining the open-source repository, driving engineering best practices, and gaining startup experience.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Node.js is required.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of ownership are essential.
  • Great organizational skills are needed to track and fulfill customer requests.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and team members in a remote setting.
  • A product mindset and developer empathy are important to optimize for Developer Experience (DX).
  • Ability to write high-quality code that is readable, structured, documented, reliable, and performant is required.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup or developer-tool company is preferred.
