Description:

• ClickUp is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Whiteboards Squad in Poland.
• The role involves transforming how teams collaborate visually by integrating powerful diagramming capabilities into ClickUp's Angular infrastructure.
• Responsibilities include building features and systems with a focus on detail and performance, owning end-to-end development from conception to production, and engineering solutions and tools to understand problems.
• The engineer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a world-class product and identify and implement improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in engineering performant and high-throughput systems.
• The ability to write high-quality code and demonstrate unique productivity is essential.
• A proven track record of building performant, high-throughput systems is necessary.
• Experience working with no-sql databases at scale and major cloud services is required.
• Candidates should be empathetic communicators and comfortable with ambiguity, having consistently delivered projects with little direction.
• A product-minded approach with a good intuition for great user experience is expected.
