Description:
Seeking Senior Backend PHP Developers (m/f/d) to join Tech Teams onsite in Hamburg or remotely within the EU at Scayle, the Tech Company powering ABOUT YOU
Work on high-scalable products using PHP7 on a cloud-based infrastructure like AWS
Responsible for building internal & external RESTful APIs for fast updating of backend products
Develop various backend platforms ensuring high throughput and faultlessness
Constantly enhance knowledge of software architecture, programming, and new technologies
Collaborate with developers to push the boundaries of technology
Engage in agile processes tailored to team and project requirements
Share knowledge within the ABOUT YOU TECH community
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of MVP-focused coding experience in PHP7
Proficiency in MVC Frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Zend, or Yii2
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
Experience in building scalable distributed products and working with Caching
Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL
Passion for writing efficient, maintainable code and ensuring code quality
Comfortable working in an English-speaking, agile environment
