• Seeking Senior Backend PHP Developers (m/f/d) to join Tech Teams onsite in Hamburg or remotely within the EU at Scayle, the Tech Company powering ABOUT YOU
• Work on high-scalable products using PHP7 on a cloud-based infrastructure like AWS
• Responsible for building internal & external RESTful APIs for fast updating of backend products
• Develop various backend platforms ensuring high throughput and faultlessness
• Constantly enhance knowledge of software architecture, programming, and new technologies
• Collaborate with developers to push the boundaries of technology
• Engage in agile processes tailored to team and project requirements
• Share knowledge within the ABOUT YOU TECH community

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of MVP-focused coding experience in PHP7
• Proficiency in MVC Frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Zend, or Yii2
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience in building scalable distributed products and working with Caching
• Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL
• Passion for writing efficient, maintainable code and ensuring code quality
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking, agile environment
