Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in Software Development, with a focus on Server-side and RESTful API Development.
Proficiency in the Ruby programming language is preferred, or a willingness to learn Ruby upon joining the team.
Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming, experience in full-stack web technologies, and translating design wireframes into functioning UI components are required.
Familiarity with standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, Agile methodology, and mentoring team members is essential.
Excellent English language abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaborating with a global team.
