Requirements:

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a software development company is necessary.
You must be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
Experience in writing or refactoring code with a focus on maintainability and optimization is essential, along with improving test coverage and contributing to high-quality code reviews.
You should be capable of writing comprehensive technical designs that communicate technical tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining technical best practices.
A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required, with consideration for candidates with degrees in Physics or Mathematics if they have relevant experience.

The salary range for this position is $146,250 - $192,450 per year, depending on work experience and business needs.
