Requirements:

• You must be able to drive the design and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple teams.
• Experience in writing or refactoring code with a focus on maintainability and optimization is essential, along with improving test coverage and contributing to high-quality code reviews.
• You should be capable of writing comprehensive technical designs that communicate technical tradeoffs and assumptions clearly.
• Continuous improvement of code quality and systems under your ownership is expected, including defining technical best practices.
• A proactive approach to delivering better solutions efficiently is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required, with consideration for candidates with degrees in Physics or Mathematics if they have relevant experience.
