Remote Senior Backend Technical Lead - All LATAM Countries - Fully Remote

Description:

• The Senior Backend Technical Lead will collaborate with the Halo Delivery Lead and client stakeholders to define and refine the project roadmap.
• They will assign and delegate tasks to achieve project goals focusing on sprint-by-sprint objectives.
• Identifying risks and dependencies to ensure the delivery of critical path features.
• Managing technical debt and championing relevant architectural implementations.
• Enforcing best practices based on industry standards and supported by Halo’s Practice Managers.
• Seeking to achieve the highest quality of technical delivery within limits of scope and resources.
• Helping the team by removing bottlenecks and frictions, promoting a learning and improving culture.
• Contributing to creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere in the team to build trust and foster maturity.
• Providing regular performance feedback to all team members and assisting them in their career path.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in NodeJS.
• Experience with NestJS.
• Familiarity with Angular.
• Working knowledge of Docker / Rancher.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB.
• Experience with Apigee.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• +5 years of professional experience in back-end development.
• Proficient in English.
• At least 4 years leading development teams within Agile Methodologies.
