• Continuous improvement of data quality, reporting processes, and metrics is essential to ensure accurate decision-making.
• The analyst will identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting and data workflows.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical, and Product, is necessary to align with company objectives.
• Communicating complex data findings in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is required.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools, primarily Looker, but also Tableau or Power BI is necessary.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and querying languages such as SQL is essential.
• A solid understanding of data visualization best practices is required.
• Strong analytical skills are necessary, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools for detailed data analysis is required.
• Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
