Description:

The Senior BI Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.
This role is critical for leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and inform product development.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and data models to support business operations.
The analyst will analyze large datasets from various sources, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Conducting ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives for the executive team is also part of the role.
Continuous improvement of data quality, reporting processes, and metrics is essential to ensure accurate decision-making.
The analyst will identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting and data workflows.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical, and Product, is necessary to align with company objectives.
Communicating complex data findings in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is required.
Strong proficiency in BI tools, primarily Looker, but also Tableau or Power BI is necessary.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and querying languages such as SQL is essential.
A solid understanding of data visualization best practices is required.
Strong analytical skills are necessary, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools for detailed data analysis is required.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
