Description:
The Senior BI Engineer will contribute to the development of the data warehouse, data models, and data pipelines using modern tech stack tools like Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Fivetran, and ThoughtSpot.
They will collaborate with business and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality data products.
Leading data-related projects from requirements gathering to deployment, they will act as a subject matter expert on data infrastructure for continuous growth.
The role involves carrying out ad-hoc analysis, building innovative dashboards and BI tools, and supporting team members through the PR process.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in roles like Business Intelligence Engineer, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or equivalent.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Data Modeling.
Experience using dbt and familiarity with Python is a plus.
Proficiency with at least one BI tool (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Experience in data analysis, data visualization techniques, and dashboard design.
Knowledge of predictive modeling, a/b testing, and experimental design is a plus.
Familiarity working within cloud computing environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
