Remote Senior BIM engineer Mechanical

Description:

• Lead the development of BIM models for mechanical systems using software like Autodesk Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical systems into the overall BIM model.
• Oversee clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
• Review construction drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends in BIM technology.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer Mechanical.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems design and engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Professional certifications in BIM are a plus.
