Remote Senior Blockchain Engineer - Rust

Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team and help build a Real-World Asset (RWA) protocol.
• You will be responsible for developing Solana Programs using the Anchor framework, ensuring security and efficiency.
• This role requires deep expertise in Rust, Solana, and DeFi protocols, with a strong focus on security, testing, and auditing programs.
• You will collaborate closely with backend and product teams.
• Your responsibilities include writing unit and integration tests to ensure program security and stability.
• You will conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and optimize programs.
• You will work with SPL Tokens, Token 2022, and Metaplex Core for NFT and token integrations.
• You will develop client libraries for integrating with our programs using Rust and Node.js.
• You will monitor on-chain activity, debug issues, and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience in Rust development.
• You should have 1+ years working with Solana Programs and the Anchor framework.
• A strong understanding of Solana's runtime, transaction execution, and security best practices is required.
• You should have experience with DeFi, RWA (Real-World Assets), and staking mechanisms.
• Knowledge of SPL Token standards and Metaplex NFT protocols is necessary.
• You must be able to write and audit secure programs, preventing common exploits.
• Experience developing client libraries for external integrations is required.
• You should have experience working in Agile environments, including Jira, sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
