Requirements:

Proficiency in public chain-related technologies, including consensus protocols, peer-to-peer networks, storage, virtual machines, cryptography, and security is required.
Candidates must have proficiency in the technical principles and implementation of Bitcoin, Ethereum, OpStack, Polygon CDK, and others.
Proficiency in various mainstream consensus protocols, including but not limited to PoW, PoS, PBFT, and Tendermint is necessary.
Candidates should be proficient in one or more programming languages such as Golang, Java, Rust, C, or C++.
