Description:
LivePerson is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Business Analyst specializing in Data Privacy and AI Compliance.
The role involves developing, facilitating, and maintaining processes and governance frameworks that align with global privacy and AI standards.
The analyst will collaborate with product and engineering teams, as well as other business areas, to promote a strong Data Privacy & AI Compliance culture.
Responsibilities include providing documentation support for customers and managing third-party privacy topics, including due diligence and data privacy impact assessments.
The position is cross-functional, customer-facing, and reports to LivePerson’s Legal team.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a Global Technology Company is required.
Knowledge of new and existing laws, regulations, and best practices impacting data governance, data management, and artificial intelligence is essential; relevant certifications are highly preferred.
Experience in Data Privacy and AI compliance, including the setup and maintenance of a data processing inventory (ROPA), is necessary.
Proficiency with data protection management and ticketing tools, such as Onetrust and ServiceNow, is required.
A high-level understanding of third-party certifications like PCI-DSS and SOC2 is needed.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey technical and non-technical subjects confidently.
Experience in solving complex problems and creating straightforward solutions is required.
The candidate should have the capacity to motivate others and lead change by taking initiative.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure is necessary.
A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude towards change is important.
Excellent analytical skills and an evidence-based approach are required.
