The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will join the Business Intelligence team to promote a culture of data-informed decision-making across the company.
The role involves partnering with various teams to generate insights and support efficient decision-making through data.
Responsibilities include working with Snyk’s data ecosystem, building accessible tools and dashboards, enabling teams to explore data, evangelizing data use, and implementing data models and governance processes.
Requirements:
A strong commitment to helping others make data-driven decisions is essential.
Candidates should possess an “insight-ready” mindset, generating insights and providing business recommendations.
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
Strong skills in reporting using Looker or equivalent technologies are necessary, along with proficiency in SQL for querying large, complex data sets.
Some exposure to Snowflake or equivalent and dbt or other ETL tools is preferred.
Experience in delivering BI-related training to end-users is required.
Candidates should be organized, collaborative, hands-on, self-motivated, and open communicators.
Comfort in working within a globally distributed team across several time zones is necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A minimum of 3 years in analytics and business intelligence roles is preferred, along with SaaS experience.
