Description:

Lime is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Business Applications team within the Information Technology business unit.
This role involves reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager and driving data-driven decisions through analytics.
The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Vancouver, Canada.
Responsibilities include developing complex SQL transformations to create data models, partnering with integration engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, and developing technical specifications for ETLs.
The analyst will contribute to BI and Data engineering best practices, oversee team analysis for accuracy, and collaborate on the implementation of a data exploration tool.
The role also involves defining, developing, and maintaining critical business and operational reports, as well as creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a Data or BI Analyst role, with advanced knowledge of Tableau and experience in building optimized dashboards.
A demonstrated blend of experience in data analysis and process improvement is required, along with a customer-first mindset.
Expertise in architecting and implementing efficient data models and data warehousing solutions is essential.
Extensive knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing is necessary.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required, with the ability to communicate technical and business issues effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed, along with the ability to think strategically and drive decision-making.
Candidates should be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and execute on multiple concurrent deliverables.
Preferred experience includes knowledge in supply chain and/or accounting/finance, as well as technical experience with SQL, any BI/data visualization tool, and Python.
