Remote Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Description:

• As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support key business decisions.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs, develop data models, and create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Your experience in data analysis and visualization tools will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• You will create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.
• Regular and ad-hoc reports will be provided to stakeholders, ensuring they have the data needed for decision-making.
• You will develop and manage complex data models to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaboration with various departments (e.g., operations, R&D) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions is essential.
• You will act as a data expert and advise stakeholders on best practices for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
• Supporting senior leadership with strategic recommendations based on data insights is part of your role.
• You will use advanced tools like SQL and Power BI to design and deploy reporting solutions.
• Automating data collection processes and streamlining data reporting workflows will be part of your responsibilities.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging BI technologies is expected.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• You must have 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is mandatory.
• Experience with RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL is required.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for data storage and management is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business language are essential.
