Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements is essential.
• A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system development methodologies is necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required for this position.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are a must.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML and BPMN, is expected.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Previous experience in governmental projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is preferred.
