Description:
Participate in information gathering and consultation with stakeholders to define business requirements for new or enhanced IT applications and business processes.
Conduct business process analysis, define and document current and future state business and system processes.
Engage with stakeholders to perform business analysis activities.
Facilitate workshops and presentations to document functional and non-functional solution requirements.
Prepare detailed specifications documents for evaluating, selecting, and testing solutions.
Develop user acceptance test plans, participate in testing, acceptance testing, and end-user training.
Assist in estimating project size, scope, and resource requirements.
Support Bank employees during solution evaluations and deployments.
Develop and deliver communications to the Bank's clients and stakeholders.
Create end-user documentation, guidelines, visuals, and training materials.
Perform other required activities and deliverables.
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IAM.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Access Management solutions as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
Experience in implementing and migrating from one enterprise Access Management solution to another.
Ability to gather and document user needs, translating them into user stories.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, set priorities, focus on detail, and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to grasp and analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and devise appropriate responses.
Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization through written and oral presentations.
Knowledge of system development methodology and commitment to testing phases and processes.
Additional qualifications include knowledge of Cloud-Based access controls, Zero-Trust principles, proficiency in business intelligence, data analytics, and automation skills.
Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
