Description:
Join Revive Media to help advertisers scale their localized ads as the company transforms from a services agency to a product-led business.
As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust and high-performing back-end systems to meet business needs.
You will work closely with product management, front-end development teams, and the principal architect throughout the application lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on coding, debugging, and testing back-end APIs and integrations into third-party systems.
You will write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in C# using .NET 8 and Entity Framework.
You will develop and support software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
You will build and maintain unit and integration tests for critical software components.
You will collaborate with product managers and front-end developers to enhance user experience and establish project objectives.
You will assist product managers in determining realistic timelines for features or scopes of work.
You will document development phases and monitor systems while implementing secure development best practices.
You will ensure software compliance with GDPR or other regulatory standards as required.
Requirements:
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development with a strong emphasis on C# and .NET framework.
You should be highly proficient in C# and have familiarity with TypeScript and/or React, though the latter is preferred but not required.
You need extensive experience with .NET, minimally .NET 6, with a preference for candidates who have experience with .NET 8.
You must be proficient in SQL and have experience with database design and management; knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus.
You should have extensive experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs, preferably using Minimal API.
You need a thorough understanding of dependency injection concepts and experience with its implementation.
You should have experience with a modern ORM like Entity Framework.
Familiarity with AWS and the .NET tools used to interact with various services like SNS, SQS, SES, S3, Lambda, etc., is required.
You must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
You should be able to make decisions independently and collaborate where necessary.
You must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced remote environment and collaborate with team members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
A strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development is necessary.

The expected annual base pay for this role is $160,000 - $190,000, with actual compensation varying based on skill set, experience, and geographic location.
