Workana is seeking a Senior C# and Delphi Developer to join an innovative team focused on high-performance Windows desktop applications.
This role is hands-on and emphasizes building robust, modern systems with a focus on API integration, user interface design, and application performance optimization.
The developer will collaborate closely with the tech lead and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
Responsibilities include developing systems using C# and modern Delphi, designing and implementing API integrations (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, XML), and building modern, responsive user interfaces using jQuery and best UI/UX design practices.
The role also involves applying multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques to enhance application performance, contributing to architecture and creative design discussions, and ensuring code quality and maintainability.
The developer will be responsible for developing modern Windows GUI applications using Delphi (VCL) and C# (Windows App SDK with WinUI 3), implementing secure REST APIs with authentication/authorization (OAuth2), and working with Microsoft SQL Server to design relational schemas and write optimized T-SQL queries.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in C# and modern Delphi.
A solid experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) is required.
Proven experience in Windows desktop application development (Win32) is essential.
Candidates should be skilled in frontend development with jQuery and proficient in multithreading and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and indexing, is necessary.
Experience with Entity Framework Core, ADO.NET (C#), and ADO (Delphi) is required.
Hands-on experience building secure REST APIs following best practices is essential.
