Jobgether is seeking a Senior C++ Developer to join a high-performing tech team in the financial trading domain.
This is a fully remote position available to candidates in Ukraine.
The role involves working with complex, high-load systems and developing performance-critical software in a Linux environment.
Responsibilities include leading the development of key modules, taking ownership of design, implementation, and testing.
The developer will support other system components during emergencies or performance issues.
The position requires the development and optimization of high-performance, multi-threaded applications for Linux.
Collaboration with a global team of developers is essential to maintain code quality and system reliability.
The developer is expected to write clean, well-documented code and unit tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participation in system architecture discussions and performance tuning is also part of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5–6 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on C/C++.
Solid experience in Linux environments is required.
A strong background in multi-threading and concurrent programming is necessary.
An intermediate or higher level of English is needed for communication in an international team.
Experience with large-scale systems is essential, as the role is not limited to small applications.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in high-performance or high-load systems, financial trading platforms, or algorithmic trading.
Scripting skills in Bash or Python are considered a bonus.
