Teramind is seeking a Senior C++ (Windows) Developer to join their team of innovators in building the next-generation Insider Risk Management and User Behavior Analytics platform.
The role involves implementing high-quality software security and data protection solutions.
Responsibilities include researching and suggesting the best ways to implement business requirements, identifying improvements in existing architecture and legacy code, and enhancing software delivery and quality throughout the software development cycle.
The developer will manage issues that arise and drive resolutions throughout the development process.
Collaboration with Support engineers to analyze and troubleshoot software problems is essential.
The position requires effective teamwork with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with C++11 or newer on Windows/Windows+Linux.
Experience in client-server application development is required.
Knowledge of design patterns and fundamental design principles behind scalable applications is necessary.
Candidates should perform thorough unit testing of software components to prepare for integration into a larger system.
The ability to independently and proactively lead a feature through the entire development cycle while cooperating with different teams is essential.
Candidates must be highly organized with precise attention to detail and have a desire to learn and adapt to new requirements.
Good spoken and written English skills are required.
