Description:

The Senior Cloud Accounting Technician will be responsible for completing monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements using a cloud-based accounting program.
Ad-hoc projects such as general ledger typing, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis commentary will be assigned.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based accounting systems, preparing and analyzing financial reports, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, and collaborating with the accounting team and other departments.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
Professional accounting certification is a plus.
Must have experience working with web-based accounting programs such as Quickbooks Online, Xero, etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a full-time accounting or bookkeeping role.
Must have superior English written and verbal communication skills.
Must have worked in a paperless environment with a strong process flow.
Proven problem-solving skills and on-point communication and client service skills.
Must have strong business acumen and the desire to grow within a fast-growing firm.
Must have access to high-speed, reliable, and consistent internet connection.
Must adhere to firm privacy policies at all times.
