The position is for a Senior Cloud Architect, responsible for determining the path forward for the next generation of Dispel.
This is a full-time, fully remote position (U.S. only), with the option to use the office in Brooklyn, New York City.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing mature cloud deployments and will work independently and collaboratively with a team of roughly 25 engineers.

Requirements:
Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in cloud automation, with a proven track record of writing automation to deploy a complete SaaS product on AWS and Azure.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Professional cloud architecture certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect are necessary.
The candidate will design and implement cloud infrastructure that supports the deployment and scaling of SaaS applications.
Collaboration with engineering teams to integrate cloud services into the software development lifecycle is essential.
Candidates must optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and scalability.
Providing technical leadership and guidance in cloud-related technologies and architecture decisions is expected.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to convey complex technical information clearly.
Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and the Azure equivalent is important.
In-depth knowledge of major cloud service providers and their offerings is necessary.
Experience with compliance/security automation with FedRAMP (NIST 800-53), STIG, OSCAP, and/or CIS is required.
A strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools for CI/CD is essential.
Proficiency in cloud security, networking, and data management is required.
Candidates should have a willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again.
A passion for learning new disciplines and understanding team members' work is important.
Clear and succinct communication skills, both in-person and over team chat, are necessary.

The U.S. pay range for this position is between $129,000 and $170,000/year, with an expected Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) between $11,500 and $15,500/year.
