Description:

• The position is for a Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience.
• The role is a 3-month contract-to-hire position for a federal government client.
• The engineer will be responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions.
• Emphasis will be on implementing DevSecOps best practices and cloud security.
• The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to lead secure cloud projects aligned with client objectives and regulations.
• Responsibilities include CI/CD pipeline architecture, cloud infrastructure management, security and compliance, technical solutions translation, cloud-native adoption, Agile collaboration, and production support.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this federal government client role.
• Candidates must pass a Background Investigation (BI) and credit check.
• Reside in the U.S. and perform work within the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of AWS expertise with CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Java, Python, cloud networking, security, infrastructure optimization, cloud migration, compliance standards, and project management.
• Preferred: Government sector experience and relevant certifications like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CISSP.
