Remote Senior Cloud Engineer

Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team at Resilinc.
• In this role, you will automate and manage our Azure-based SaaS solutions while ensuring the security and network of the infrastructure.
• You will optimize and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure and maintain high availability and monitoring.
• This position reports to the VP Cloud Operations for Resilinc’s India Center of Excellence.
• The role is remote and based in India.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of managing Cloud Infrastructure, with at least 3+ years specifically on Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Azure Cloud offerings, services, and security controls is required.
• You should have experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in Linux Bash/Python and Terraform is necessary, as well as experience in writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices is essential.
• You should have experience with cloud infrastructure and service monitoring using tools like Azure Monitor.
• Experience with backup and restore systems is desired.
• Any exposure to databases like PostgreSQL would be a nice addition.
• Strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• You should possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
