Description:

• Twinkl is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to join their tech team, offering the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or at their HQ in Sheffield.
• The role involves implementing a greenfield platform in AWS for product teams to deploy infrastructure and applications through CICD pipelines.
• Responsibilities include evangelizing AWS, establishing an AWS community, mentoring junior engineers, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• The position focuses on designing simple solutions to complex problems and collaborating with other teams to build an AWS community within Twinkl.

Requirements:

• Seeking Senior Cloud Platform Engineers with a passion for education and technology.
• Candidates should be problem solvers with experience in Amazon Web Services, particularly in serverless architecture, IaC deployment, preferably terraform, and some software development experience.
• Desire to work collaboratively, mentor junior engineers, and align with Twinkl's values and the education technology field.
