Description:

As a Senior Cloud Security Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on Enterprise Security best practices and their implementation in Google Cloud deployments.
You will utilize your communication skills to explain to customers how to securely and effectively adopt Cloud technologies by applying Security best practices and Secure by Design principles.
In this Security Architecture role, you will offer security leadership and strategic thinking to address customer challenges effectively, designing solutions that meet security requirements while enabling businesses to leverage the Cloud securely.
You will specialize in DevSecOps, integrating Security guardrails into CICD pipelines and using automation to ensure Security at scale.
When working in cross-functional Agile squads, you will act as the Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advise on Security best practices to engineers from various Cloud disciplines.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of Google Cloud security stack and related tooling.
Experience in implementing secure designs across multiple Cloud services and Architecting Cloud Security solutions.
Hands-on experience deploying security guardrails in the Cloud, preferably Google Cloud.
Proficiency in deploying security controls compliant with PCI-DSS, NIST, CIS, and CSA frameworks.
Understanding of AppSec principles, OWASP best practices, and their application to Cloud deployments and CICD pipelines.
Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance, Security methodologies, and frameworks.
Ability to map on-premises controls to Cloud native alternatives and explain them to stakeholders with varying levels of understanding.
In-depth knowledge of Cloud IAM solutions and their application for securing the Cloud.
Strong understanding of Logging & Monitoring, SIEM integration for Cloud deployments.
Proficiency in automation and IaC (Terraform).
Significant experience in stakeholder management across multiple verticals, preferably in private and public sector organizations.
