Description:

SAP Fioneer is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer with expertise in Azure to join their team.
The role involves designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated cloud solutions primarily on the Microsoft Azure platform, with optional experience in GCP, AWS, and on-premises environments.
The engineer will leverage a deep understanding of various cloud services, architectural principles, and best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cloud environments.
Responsibilities include using Terraform for infrastructure as code, setting up and maintaining high availability Kubernetes clusters, deploying and managing Kubernetes applications with Helm and Argo CD, and applying GitOps principles to streamline deployment workflows.

Requirements:

Candidates must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, with additional experience in GCP and AWS being a plus.
Profound expertise in Kubernetes administration is required.
Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization is essential.
Strong skills in Terraform for infrastructure as code are required.
Good Linux administration and scripting skills are necessary.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is required, with GitHub Actions being a plus.
A comprehensive understanding of GitOps principles is necessary, with familiarity with Argo CD being a plus.
Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Azure AD or similar, is required.
