Description:
As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at SADA India, you will provide high-end technical support to customers, including remote troubleshooting in Cloud Services.
You will manage the Cloud infrastructure for a subset of customers.
Interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
Be open to working in 24*7 rotational shifts.
Requirements:
Must have Google’s Associate Cloud Engineer certification or be able to complete it within the first 60 days of employment.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
5+ years of experience in providing technical support with at least 2+ years in GCP.
Strong knowledge in Kubernetes, Linux Administration, Networking, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline in GCP/AWS.
Experience in providing support for Google Cloud Platform products and solutions.
Strong understanding of access control administration and familiarity with networking.
Familiarity with common Linux troubleshooting tools and network/performance monitoring and logging experience would be a plus.
